The insert on the tip of my rod came out. Can it be repaired or replaced?

I have used two different versions of the rodsi beleive it was the 270 and the 240 biggest fish landed on the 240 was a 14 lb carp biggest on the 270 was a 17lb carp

how does the sections lock in place. their were no directions with product. I am sure once you have the pole to full length you have to lock it or the sections will not stay in place. thanks

I first ordered this rod off of Amazon and loved it. Got really good use out of it, until the smallest shaft insert broke with Normal wear and tear. I ordered another one and the same insert broke after normal wear and tear after just 3 fishing trips. I was wondering if there is anyway to order just the last(smallest) segment of the rod.
