We can currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:

How much is your shipping cost?
For orders less than $60, we will charge a standard shipping fee of $6.99. Free shipping for orders over $60. If you need expedited shipping, we will charge a fee of $20.

 

What are your shipping methods?
Standard shipping and expedited shipping.

 

How long will you send our orders recently?
We will ship out your order within 2-5 business days if the product you ordered is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will send it to you in 15-40 days.

 

How long it will take for delivery?
Standard shipping generally takes 10-25 working days, and expedited shipping takes 5-12 working days.

 

Why did I not receive the order confirmation email?
Sometimes they will enter the SPAM folder, please check all your email messages again within 10 minutes. If you still have not received the confirmation email, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you.

 

Why did I order multiple products but only received one?
Due to shipping options and inventory reasons, we may not necessarily ship products together. We work hard to ensure that all your belongings reach you at the same time. If you have not received our products, you can contact us by email and we will check the shipping records for you.

 

How to modify my order address?
If your order has not been shipped, we are willing to change your delivery address to the correct address. If your order has been shipped, we will not fulfill the address request.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can contact our customer service team within 30 minutes to cancel your order. But if your order has been shipped, you must return the product yourself.
